Adult Learning Center
Kamatanda, Zambia
Teacher Mark has a passion for service. He grew up an orphan and wanted the children in his village to have a better life. Mark served as a volunteer teacher at the Global Ambassadors Learning Center in Kamatanda, Zambia. A donation paid for his teacher education and his students thrived. When their parents came to him, wanting to learn, Teacher Mark could not say no. He began an adult learning center in an old mud structure, repacking the mud after the rains. A donation from the Chris Aire Foundation funded this beautiful new building.
Wheelchair
Namadula Village
Ngwezi, Zambia
Our most recent charitable project was a wheelchair for the uncle of one of our featured artists. Shadreck Siamate. Shadreck's family suffered a hardship when his uncle suffered a stroke, leaving him unable to walk or talk. The wheelchair will help his family move him around and allow him to sit up to move his circulation.
